2. Services
Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. provides recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, office cleaning and specialty cleans for homes and businesses in Boulder, CO. Service availability, scheduling and pricing may change at any time.
3. Access to your home
You are responsible for providing safe access to your home and for securing valuables, pets and fragile items before a visit. Keys and codes are stored securely and used only for scheduled cleanings.
4. Scheduling and billing
Flat-rate pricing is confirmed before your first visit. Recurring cleanings continue on your chosen schedule until you cancel — no long-term contracts. Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.
5. Communications consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to be contacted by Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. by phone, email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Conduct
Clients agree to treat our cleaners with respect and to provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for behavior that endangers or harasses our team.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photos and branding, is the property of Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.
